Your word is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path. (Psalm 119)
omans 13:8-14
When I conduct or lead my thoughts, words and actions as one who lives in the light of God’s truth and love, then I deliberately choose light over darkness, peace over hostility, mercy over bitterness and joy over despair. Christ Jesus, help me conduct myself today as one who lives in the light. Help my brother, my sister, my children, my co-workers, our parish family, our community, and the leaders of our country conduct themselves as those who live in the light. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God –what is good and acceptable and perfect. (Romans 12:2) May my life be a continual prayer, a long act of love. Saint Elizabeth of the Trinity Soli gloriam dei .
